The swallow of Periret
A family home for your best holiday memories.
We wanted this house to reflect what we like to live with our family and friends. Its fairly central location allows you to visit many sites in the south of France while remaining at a reasonable distance from the places of residence of our visitors. If you are looking for a family home, quiet in an extraordinary environment, where everyone feels comfortable, you have come to the right place. Maybe you too will make it your family home.
At the end of a lost path in a quiet area
On the heights of Saint Julien de Peyrolas, the house is located in a quiet area and benefits from an exceptional environment. Around the house, a large wooded area, a heated swimming pool, large terraces, a pergola and a constantly renewed view of Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Rhône valley and the pre-Alps.

Up to 15 people
The house can accommodate up to 15 people, to which babies can be added. It has 7 bedrooms, 5 of which have a shower room (sink, shower and WC) and the last two bedrooms share a bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs also a night hall equipped for children. On the ground floor a living room, a dining room, the fitted kitchen and a cellar with washing machine, dryer, freezer and additional fridge. The bedrooms and living rooms are all air-conditioned.

An ideal location
Saint Julien de Peyrolas enjoys a privileged location for visiting the region. Nearby, the Ardeche gorges, Aiguèze, Saint Martin d'Ardeche, the Cèze valley. A little further Uzès, Anduze, the Pont du Gard, Grignan, Valreas, Mont Ventoux and access to the motorway at 20 minutes for Orange Avignon, Nîmes, the Alpilles, the Grottes de Lumiere, Arles, Montelimar in one hour drive or less and a little further Marseille, the Calanques, Saintes Marie de la Mer, Montpelier and Sète.

Freshly completed
L'Hirondelle du Periret is a family project that we started in 2021 and finished in 2023. We wanted it to be a family home, functional and comfortable so that our visitors can enjoy their stay without worrying rest.
